Information for international patients and company

Dear patient or relative,

medbo (Medizinische Einrichtungen des Bezirks Oberpfalz - KU) has a long tradition in the medical treatment of international patients. Guests from all over the world have been coming to us for treatment for many years.

All patients, who live abroad or in Germany and are not insured by a German health insurance company, are regarded as international patients.

If an international patient decides to have medical treatment, his/her expectations are generally high and this decision is testament to his/her great faith in medical progress in Germany, in the specialists in our hospitals and clinics, and not least in our service.

In order to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible with regard to the treatment, all requests by international patients must follow the schedule below so that we can guarantee continuous administrative support from the first telephone call until you return home.
